China not headed for recession. China has had relative small rises in fuel costs due to currency being manipulated plus subsidies. China to outperform all major economies and become top dog. Yet we follow US market. We have trouble adapting to new power house. They wanted a slowdown to ensure sustainability and they have it. Actually good for China..they can stop trying to artifically do what world markets are naturally doing. They have controls to reduce exports so if exports slow all they do is soften those controls. Plus being lost cost producer nation they use recession elsewhere to their advantage to seek greater market share due to their ability to compete and drag more business away from the west.

Good advertisment for not going free market route...for the time being anyway.

China will slow but still grow..just without bubble worries. Not a bad place to be.

Asia has just started, they will not go backwards now for all the tea in China :)
