do the board and management have any idea.
a never ending script for cash company this one.
really stuffed this one up bad. we wont see any SP change now until after placement, several months.
why not just give prime the script.. give them 40% and two board seats.. clean out the existing board. give substance to intos..
better still might as well have given Prime the company at this rate, another 150M shares on market..
absolute craziness.. something big needs to change here for any share holder returns.
