    I am a bit more hesitant on this stock - previously held and dumped
    yes they have held leases with nothing happening and with management reporting minimal activity in previous history
    - company has minimal cash flow or tangible assets except the leases

    I am sitting on the fence - I feel it will slide if there is inactivity again.
