@Tran - I think I may have been the one who many months ago suggested that while the 2017 PFS was at NPV 10%, an NPV at a lower discount rate was more common. That was at a time when the Reserve Bank was saying rates would be lower for longer. With interest rates starting to go back up, we could be going back to a 10% NPV. I note that most of your calculations in your first post on this thread are at an NPV of 10%. It still outstanding value, regardless of 8% or 10% NPV, but I thought I would flag that given there are likely to be a few interest rate rises between now and the completion of the BFS.
