Not even close to true. Germany alone are spending 5 Billion Euros 2022-2024 on decarbonising Steel. Doing what is right is up to good people & leaders, that influences others & momentum is gathered. Your argument is akin to saying you don't recycle, or use solar or do anything environmentally responsible. What's the point right, your carbon footprint alone is so small.
