This is like an "Information pack". No doubt this is being supplied to each and every person/landholder, along the proposed route of the slurry pipeline.
There is a great 8 minute video on youtube - search "Iron Ore Pipeline - Ferrous", which details how this all went down in Brazil when they were building the Worlds Longest Pipeline. Google it, well worth a watch.
