I wouldn't use MC as an indicator as that can change very quickly especially in small caps. As an example MGT was 3-4 x HIO in MC just last year.
Personally I go off fundamentals and the management team. As much as I have a much bigger holding in HIO our neighbours have the superior management team as proven by the credentials and history. Especially in Tim Dobson and Simon Wandke.
