Then - on the back of that announcement I believe there will be a further announcement of a binding agreement with Flinders Ports for the development of the Port (which will be a massive jobs boost for SA hence why it will be given Major Project Status). I believe the binding agreement will be subject to HIO raising the capital to build the mine (this is obvious as it was said by Management recently)

I think these 2 announcements could drop in the next 2-4 weeks

All my own opinion (and hope)
