then 6 months down the track, newbies come along and it doesn't sound as bad, only 10 mill on issue by then
I do not recall ever seeing anything as blatant as this one though, first ann a 100;1 share reduction, then a month later offer a 1;1 issue before the reduction takes place
you have to hand it to them, they know how to get money without a need for bank finance (which they could not get anyway with their history for business)
