Unless they are contemplating the HK listing with the sp at 20c they should respond.
Of course , given that West spoke personally to Stewart and still believed the company lacked credibility, perhaps there is actually nothing truthful they can say in their own defence.
If West is correct, Chandler must be the among dopiest investors of all time ( along with the rest of us long term EWC shareholders! ).
