Our man in Singapore seems to have a particular interest in Victoria for some reason.

Doesn't live in Australia. Never lived in Victoria . And yet, repeatedly attacks the Vic Premier ?

It's almost like he's a paid troll. Must be the Singaporean branch of the right wing cubby house.
