    For long term (substancial) gains in this market - it is.

    Short termers (3DT's) is half these reason Co's cant make ground these days - buy borrowed $200k worth & sell after a 3 - 5% gain. Best of luck to them, but drop $200k in now (after AGM - long term 1 - 2 years) you will see 500 - 800% gains - you work it out...
