They are key lows and no June or any other month has any significance.
I suggest you study the historical charts.
No random months have any significance. Major market highs and lows do not appear randomly in any month of the year and never have.
Without redoing some research, I can't say a particular month has never had a low or high, but their significance is minimal without doubt.
Oct 10 has a position in the year unmatched by any other date in the year as a major low and always has.
