Just one more thing cane . The reason I originally stated this came from a couple of years ago when I thought I had prostrate cancer .That is why I use a lot of turmeric but before I tried the Palio diet.(my prostrate reduced to almost normal levels which I attribute to Tumeric ( about 4000 mgms daily) and some other supplements I was having in large doses along with change of diet  The last 6 to 7 months (started in July last year) been on keto and it works better . I watched a 6 part series called "the truth about cancer" which opened my eyes a bit about alternative medicine . I do realise this is a forum on drugs but mixed together with good healthy diets is also a good way .just my opinion though.
