    IMO, the shorts don't believe there is a takeover. They think it will be like SRF. Where longs believe it will because FW has a big stake in the company and sandalwood is a value asset unlike surfing equipment (SRF). Both side can't covience each other. Hence, the price is moving around $1.16.
