IDC did raise at 9 cents and is still in negotiation for the remainder. They probably could of got the 20 million but not on their terms. Lets see how it unfolds.
What your missing Petey is ABU have a safer jurisdiction with a lot less to spend and less time to get to mining and should of done better by existing holders.
They misled us and lost credibility for the time being.
