Antonia is clearly not a nurse firehawk. Imagine what would happen if a doctor asked her to give a patient 0.36mL of a certain drug and Antonia gave the patient o.36L of the drug - because THEY ARE THE SAME! Luckily the good nurses in our hospitals do pay attention to detail and do understand the difference between units of measurement.
No point arguing with an imbecile firehawk - leave it be. No doubt some pedant (not mentioning any names) will google "imbecile" and post the definition on HC for us.
