NST would appear about as solid as Gold miners come. Shareholders sleep well at night and the shareholders will make good money at some point in time.

But does NST have the potential for its sp to triple this year? That would make its sp $4.50!

With a spec stock like ABU, the risks are much higher, but its potential to have a significant rise in its sp is much higher too. If all goes to plan ABU has the potential for its sp to rise to between 50c and 80c this year, double or triple its current sp! This equates to a 100% or 200% increase in sp.

There are plenty of other Gold stocks which have been oversold, which are making good profits, and have a sound future. These stocks also have the potential for the sp to rise 100% to 200% in the short term. TRY might be one of them, but research needs to be done first.

So it is risk versus reward. When mining is finally underway we'll have a better picture of where the market places ABU.

I'm sticking with ABU as my main spec Gold stock and I'm still hopeful of a 50c to 80c share price range this year. Any further discoveries by ABU or its joint venture partners could mean that the sp goes even higher!
