You are wrong in saying that TAM has no resource upgrade coming.
There will be a significant upgrade of the resource at Groundrush soon .This alone may give TAM a significant lift.
I agree with everything else you said. Nothing much will happen to the sp till the bleeding stops and a recapitalization and DFS for Groundrush is in place.
Management is changing at the moment but no results show yet.
