Bob, I sent each director an email this morning via [email protected] marked "Attention.....)
and requesting that the email be forwarded on to each director. Among other things I pointed out that there resolutions are going to get hammered by investors unless they come up with some coherent summary of operations to date and advice of where the company is placed at present. In other words "direction", isn't that what directors are there for? Others may want to try the same tack. BTW I am not expecting any response.
