Perhaps paradise should sue them for not acting in the interests of all shareholders. Mgmt are all from hindalco or other aditya subsidiaries and their only customer and purpose is to provide copper to hindalco as it needs it. Mgmt don't care about you and aren't accountable at AGM as they have all the votes of hindalco. That's why they are at a discount. Only way to change behaviour would be through a legal challenge I think.
