Some might find that when you go to Adequates post through his link you can only see part of his chart, scroll up to the top of his post and click on the blue writing offering the viewer " full width view or single post view." and then the full chart is visible.

Then again I might be the only one who didn't know this to begin with :)

Thanks very much Adequate for the chart and bringing it to my attention, I was very interested reading some of your posts on ASX General earlier last month with Vinnie59 and co, it looks like a lot of serious work has gone into this and over a good period of time.
