That is really nice comparision but probably only good thing abt CDU is number of shares and they have started buy back as well, not sure what the management has in store in long term. But most importantly as you mentioned everything undergroud.
Personally I have been watching CDU SP since long and have noticed that the SP has been quite nicely manipulated by the mgt as you would notice that on a really really bad day it would most of the time, be in trading halt and also there are lot of rosy announcements like 58 pages quarterly etc.
Anyway good new for ABY holders is 'Company welcomes participants for Presentation of Quarterly report' which atleast shows that the mgt is committed regarding Investors Relation Committee.
