My guess is that the trial will finish (or we get told that it's finished) just prior to the due date of the options expiration. The last thing the company would want is for the options not to be converted.
Another guess is a CR would follow closely behind that.
Can't see any material market news being published before then. May as well strap in and enjoy the holidays.
