    i spoke with the company about why API didnt release the ann. it is not material to API but it was to AC8, so API were not required to make an announcement under the market's disclosure laws.
    I believed him.
    We have the AGM tomorrow and i expect as they have announced the bad news we should get back on track.
    That last sentence is my opinion.
