again, I'll refer you to THC, with the eden farm site secured they have an already existing hydroponics facility capable of housing one million plants. sure, it still needs security and licensing permits (just like cann's will need), but they come relatively cheaply and quickly in a facility that already exists. l don't believe cann are the biggest or closest to market. lord knows little green produce more than enough to cover this country already too.
