Whole place would only be worth $20 mill now. Maybe... It would struggle to get any sort of buyer for that. Why would anyone want a place like that in Mildura?
Having lived there, cant understand how they could possibly grow a cop Nov-March as temperatures outside the glasshouse are 35-45 degrees all of the time.
Water costs might be interesting. Haven't seen any news or discussion on that front. Given the drought - couldn't imagine it would be cheap.
