Its very easy to say now, that you are not forcing anyone to invest or part take in the SPP. AFTER WHAT?? You mentioned you are going for the max SPP, GREAT!! small change for you. Will bring your average down. But many cannot do what you do. not even close.

Perhaps not your fault at all and its not as easy as to say "you cannot look back at the past, Just the now and future", but when the past has scared every investor.

I hope you are legitimate and have ambition and drive to make this company reach its actual potential. Some traction will be great, some good news will be better, some actual revenue/sales would be a wonder!!
