when a transaction happens that we will relist on, we will have to raise some money per the ASX rules to meet minimum parcel and spread requirements and to show that there is independent demand for the deal. This will also be at the time of relisting so the question about raising money then relisting and what if it doesn't happen etc, is gone.

We will do it in such a way that is fair for all and you can chose to participate or not, but the pricing will probably be higher and more reflective of what has been spent by AC8 in pursuing the transaction.

Timing wise - should be in the next few months.
