    It doesn't actually mean that at all Hoofa, it just means we have to re-comply with Chapters 1 & 2 of the ASX rules which we will have to do anyway given the company has been suspended for so long. The only way this wouldn't happen was if we did a small deal before August and raised the minimum amount in Oz with new shareholders and that met ALL the ASX requirements and rules.
