to be totally honest I only have a very small share holding of 2,750 shares which I have held for over five years. I realise I haven't been burnt $$ as much as others none the less at this stage I'd probably prefer the capital loss. Probably like many other shareholders, I wanted the company to relist just to sell at whatever price. My small holding wouldn't even be worth the Computershare $70 off-market transfer fee to move it out of my name into another name (family, friend, anyone) to realise the capital loss.
Question1: what is the ASX relisting timeline we are now looking at after the SPP did not proceed?
Question2: how long can a company remain suspended from trading before ASX forces a full delisting? must be soon
Question3: is there a chance other cannabis companies are looking at buying us out/takeover? instead of us taking over a company. a reverse takeover would even be a good outcome
