Hi Andrew, I had a couple of questions I was looking for clarification on.

1) I just read on Cannabiz (not a paid subscriber so only first 2 paras) that the Hapa Pharm distribution business has been sold to the original founder. Keen to know what the positives of this move are? And what aspects of the business ECC Pharm will own in Germany, is this limited to manufacture?

2) Hitting or missing the August deadline. Is this a deal breaker for us, is it possible to get an extension with a transaction in the works? If we do not list would there be a chance for shareholders to liquidate their position?
