It will be an share purchase plan (SPP) and you can elect to buy up to $30,000 of shares at $0.016 per share. The minimum is $1000 per application. We will be raising $1m AUD and will open it shortly and as soon as it is full it will close. If we have subscription amounts over the $1m we will scale back pro rata. We are limited in the amount of funds that can be raised at this time due to our capacity restrictions per the rules.
