Control about 70m shares in various entities and I have been in AC8 for about 3 years on the most recent time. I was in early then sold into the hype then bought out the Canopy stake and have averaged down before the suspension.
The opportunity to participate in the offer is optional so if you don't - it doesn't matter to the company nor change the motivation or chances of us of doing a transaction and getting back listed. The option was provided equally to all shareholders so they can if they want to, average down at a discounted price before the company embarks on the next phase.
