Remember in 2017 this sort of hype was happening and everyone invested and then the Australian Government back-tracked and it all crashed. (I can't believe they got away with this by the way.) I would happily invest in a stock that was part of a pump & dump if I knew I could sell it but if you don't get relisted before the dump ..

And yes, I own 65,000 shares that I bought at $0.375. Full disclosure.

Thanks for the message.

1. got it and have been actively only replying to proper questions and ignoring the ones about wrist jobs etc!
2. it makes it a little harder in that there would be some more legals around a new prospectus but honestly not much harder in the scheme of things given we will have to have independent expert reports etc and offer a new prospectus for any deal anyway
3. Valid point this one - and its always a risk, however the German Govt has been talking about it for the last few years, and now with change of government, it looks like it is going to pass this time on April 1st. However it will be staggered and i don't think we will see full recreational legalization (like 20+ states in the US) for another couple of years still hence the focus is still on the medical side but it will be decriminalized from April 1st 2024 from my understanding - just google "German Cannabis Law 2024" and there are heaps of articles there
