Once the capital raise is complete then the independent experts reports will happen and shareholders will vote on the deal then we apply for relisting. Timing is uncertain but we are aiming to have the company back listed by end of 2nd Quarter this year.

Well, you will need to buy all the cheap shares to get your average to anywhere near 1.6 cents. You would be lucky to get your average down to 12 cents.
So, stump up and back up your talk with your money.
