1 - Hotcopper has always had it's share of idiots, children, and those who hype or trash a stock in order to try to pump it or dump it for their own benefit. Don't let it bother you. You aren't required to reply to those people.
2 - If Auscann doesn't get relisted before the ASX removes the name, will that make it harder? How long have we got? August? What happens if you don't get relisted by then?
3 - Germany is supposed to change the law by - is it 1/April/2024? We know this because - someone wrote that in a magazine? Is there any concrete reason to believe it will actually change, or is this another pump and dump? Remember in 2017 this sort of hype was happening and everyone invested and then the Australian Government back-tracked and it all crashed. (I can't believe they got away with this by the way.) I would happily invest in a stock that was part of a pump & dump if I knew I could sell it but if you don't get relisted before the dump ..

And yes, I own 65,000 shares that I bought at $0.375. Full disclosure.
