If it was an on-market sale we would have had to have seen significant volume i.e. 55 million shares, so either another institutional holder has purchased the shares, or the top holders list from seahunt is missing some info. Also don't understand why Layton would sell down less than 10 percent of his holding, which at the current share price not a lot, and would obviously send a scare through existing holders. It doesn't quite add up......
