geez, lots of people jumping at shadows here.
Easy to forget NEU is in the box seat - still have to negotiate ROW rights, the interest in arcadia can only work in NEU's favour, and could even help Arcadia secure a higher price (if they are being bought - imagine a dual bid for ROW).
