Hi ITM,
Those two trades for 100 shares and 20 shares are after hours. All Bids and Asks that are "good for the day" are pulled at exactly 16:00:00. What remains is the after hours bids and asks. The trades show that the two trades were printed after hours at 16:00:03. This tells you that someone hit the bid after hours and "painted the tape." The person that did this is likely working a short position and trying to discourage buyers. IMHO
