There options on the table for Acadia in regards to ROW rights, however they come with a price.
Option 1: Acadia buys out NEU for Trof ROW rights
Acadia is simply to small to launch Trof world wide, you would need to have the respective sales force, local presence & local expertise to do so. I have seen some companies outsourcing this to CROs which have that respective workforce to launch the product. However this option aint cheap!
Option 2: Acadia keeps US only and NEU ROW (current setting); however with a twist there might be a bigger Pharma company which would strategically have an interest in Acadia/NEU
