I actually asked Jeff Krichner and Nick Spitzer whether they had evaluated the BrainChip technology.
I did not ask either researcher whether they were working with BrainChip.
The mere act of phoning or emailing an expert and asking for an opinion or comment meets the legal definition of "discussion".
