Sorry to inform you but the only way the LAMP will be moved to another country is if Lynas goes bankrupt and it is bought as part of a liquidation sale...
I honestly believe that once LAMP starts up, and if it proves to be as safe as claimed, the issue will slowly die down...
In 5 years, when LAMP is humming along safely and the last 12 AntiLynas people still turn up with their T-Shirts, who will give a damn ?
