Ginger .It is hard to calculate if there is enough shareholders to block a low ball takeover but I know directors ,management and people close to the company own over 30% of the stock .Acadia could not make a takeover offer before the end of Phase 3 as they would be privy to too much insider knowledge and would be precluded from making an offer .
