I can't see how a complaint would be substantiated.
We have (probably) a couple of hedge funds / instos who have controlled the price since their entry. They bring the price down by selling to themselves and finally get a disillusioned / frustrated investor to bail. That isn't illegal.
What NEU has lacked since LW sold is a white knight who can see what is going on and can take advantage of the artificially low SP.
Those of us who have been in for several years and more, have got all of our cards on the table and (mostly) aren't in a position to buy more shares.
What should have been a great experience, riding a prospective drug all the way to approval, has proven not to be so and will only be justified by a tick from the FDA.
