As mentioned, this compound is pre-clinical. We all know how long it takes to bring the compound to market. I personally see it as a 2nd generation compound in Rett`s. In my book this agreement / license is a long-term investment from Acadia. By the time this compound potentially hits the market, they probably have lost the Trof patent protection.
One side note is, that they still spend money on in-licensing. Which begs the question of their plans towards potentially buying NEU. If they do buy NEU, they might need to do a CAP raise again?
