Under the terms of the license agreement, Neuren is eligible to receive $10 million upfront plus potential milestone payments of up to $455 million. In addition, Neuren is eligible to receive tiered, escalating, double-digit percentage royalties on net sales of trofinetide in North America and one third of the market value of any Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher, if awarded by the US Food and Drug Administration upon approval of a New Drug Application for trofinetide.

And this is just for North America - NEU keeps 100% of Rest of World Rights potentially worth multiple times more than North America. And Neuren paid nothing for the phase 3 trials.

But in retaining 100% of the rest of world rights and not foregioing 50% of those to Acadia - alone - that makes our deal better!

In this new deal - Stoke has to pay 50% of all costs and then share 50% of entire world revenue - IF that ever eventuates. That is 50% of all costs from now. That $60 million will get burnt very quickly doing that. And they may never receive their milestone payments - whereas our milestone payments are on our doorstep.

Yes - we must foresee other treatments and cures coming for any of these conditions - they are coming - but we now know that ours works as a treatment now and in the future.

Others all remain uncertain, and will do for sometime.

NNZ-2591 is similar to trofinetide in many ways, but has more than 5 times the potential that trofinetide does and NEU keeps it outright, 100%.
