Lily.If i was Acadia and had $500 million US in the bank i would be seriously considering the following.1.Buying the rights for trofinetide for the rest of the world from Neuren.I would be very surprised if a number of pharma companies are not sniffing around this asset.
2.Buy out the rights for NNZ2591from Neuren then they would control the whole process.
3.A cash/share deal for Neuren,as at current levels Neuren is a steal .
