You would think that anyone else interested in ROW rights would be watching acadias cash position very closely . Now they are cashed up they wont be able to sit back and watch for much longer. Even though they are in exclusive negotiations im sure it doesn't stop others from slipping in a offer in particular a low ball t/o offer given that acadia is doing all the heavy lifting development $ wise. Mgmt would probably not be able to act on any other offers at the moment but it sure would change things at the negotiation table with acadia.
