FACT: Acadia just raised a huge pile of money, more than they initially requested, at a very attractive share price in a tough market.
Opinion (1): Acadia is now in the financial position to spend big money on funding both Fragile X and Rett trials and can start these trials as soon as NEU completes the manufacturing and whatever else they need to do.
opinion (2): Acadia can now afford to offer NEU a sizeable upfront payment for Rest of World deal.
Lack of money is an impediment to running trials and doing deals. Money is no longer an impediment for Acadia. It was before.
This change in Acadia's financial status must add potential value to NEU's share price.
